Nancy and Richard have earned their Super Host designation. Our experience with their property was second to none. With a busy wedding weekend planned, and people travelling in from the mid-west and east coast, I had prepared a few "fun things to do" outside of the wedding activities. Given the raw beauty and options that the Colorado Springs area offers, this was not hard to do. But on each of the 3 1/2 days when we had some down time, everyone just wanted to "hang out at the house" on the beautiful deck. The entire experience was flawless. I would certainty look to return to their Airbnb again when I am in the CO Springs area with a large group.

We had a wonderful time at Nancy and Richard's beautiful home. We used it for home base during Parents Weekend visiting our cadet. It is spacious and relaxing and creates a perfect environment for our families to have quality time with our cadets. The kitchen is very well appointed and they have thought of everything, including a coffee bar for upstairs and downstairs. The pool table and outdoor seating also created spaces for us to enjoy a night in. Not only do the personal touches make it special, it is also EXTREMELY clean and organized! It was the perfect backdrop for a wonderful weekend with our families. The kids were able to kick back and relax in a very homey environment. We would highly recommend this location as well, it's close to the academy, restaurants, and grocery, however in a perfectly quiet and relaxing setting.

We highly recommend that you stay in their home. We couldn’t have been happier. They provided everything we needed and tips on where to shop and eat. Their home was clean, convenient and spacious! The outdoor seating was amazing!

Nancy and Richard's home is absolutely beautiful. Very large home, plenty of room to spread out. Great kitchen, stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the back yard, 2 decks, great place to spend your mornings and evenings. Great location, private yet close to stores. Very gracious hosts. If we come back to the area this home would be our first choice on where to stay. AWESOME.

There were 7 of us and we loved staying there. Richard and Nancy’s home was beautiful and had every amenity you could need. She must be a chef because every gadget you could possibly need was in the kitchen. Their home is spacious and had plenty of room so the kids could be kids and the adults could be elsewhere if they so desired. The yard is huge with games and chairs and a hammock. We saw deer daily in all the yards in the neighborhood. It was quite peaceful to sit in the evening. Their home was a great location to see all the touristy things. We did them all. We loved staying at Richard and Nancy’s home.
