Your perfect vacation awaits! Instant Book -- yes! - You have the whole house -- owner does not live on site. Quiet neighborhood. - UPSTAIRS: ample & welcoming common areas (living, dining, kitchen, breakfast nook, fireplace), primary bedroom (king) with full bath, guest room (queen), guest room (full & twin), full bath, laundry room. - DOWNSTAIRS: guest room (queen), living room, fireplace, full bath, wet bar & ping pong area. - OUTDOORS: feel free to use the BBQ, cornhole set (indoors or out), and the umbrella for the back deck (stored in the garage). The house was absolutely amazing. Perfectly accommodates a large family or group of friends/relatives. The neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful on its own, but the Colorado surroundings enhances the experience. Stay here!

From the time we booked this place Lois and Brad were so full of information. they gave a list of things to do and places to eat. They were responsive to our questions and took care of us. The house was perfect for all 6 of us. Beautiful home. Great location. Plenty of space to relax and also to have fun with corn hole and ping pong. Big garage with openers for our vehicles. It snowed on our second day and they also had a shovel for this southern boy to say he cleaned a snowy driveway. We also had rabbits, squirrels, birds, and mule deer in our yard. what a treat. When you rent this home please check out their favorite restaurant and now ours "Bourbon Brothers." Great Time and great food. GREAT Home and even Better Hosts! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thanks Lois and Brad...we will be back!
Wonderful Airbnb experience. Spotless, cozy, incredible amenities and in a great location. Definitely the best value for money Airbnb I’ve ever used. Brad and Lois were gems as well. Friendly, responsive and very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate not only my toddler but my dog as well! Having the downstairs with full bed and bath was so great when traveling with an extended family. Couldn’t recommend any more when traveling to Colorado Springs and we will def be back.
Lois & Brad’s listing didn’t disappoint. My friends and I fell in love with the house and the view upon entering. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house was even more beautiful in person. It is very cozy. Everything that was on the description was accurate. Lois and Brad were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I were to come back to the area.
