We arrived 9:30pm. Check-in process very easy, exactly as the video. Room: was very clean & tidy. Basic, but as photos. Kitchen: we only used to get a glass of water, but very clean, tidy & appeared well equipped. Good if you need a kitchen. However, bathrooms were a let down. There was only 1 available toilet on the night of our stay. The separate toilet was always locked & we could hear water flushing through. The 2nd toilet in the shower room also had issues, after it flushed, the water could be heard all night running through the cistern. The shower pipe was coming off the wall, the shower handset needed a thorough descaling & the basin tap was missing its lever. On the plus side - plenty of hot water and good shower pressure! We didn't sleep very well, mainly due to the water noise from toilet & the bed wasn't very comfortable. Adaer’s communication was excellent. He says he’ll fix plumbing issues. Overall: overpriced & lower standard compared to stays in other local Airbnb’s.
