Enjoy a private room in my 420 friendly home in the heart of RiNo/ Five Points. Walking distance to some of the most popular shops/bars/restaurants in all of Denver. Please let me know if you have any questions about my home! This is a shared space but I am usually out of the house. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room but your room is private! You will step into the living room upon entering the home. The kitchen is attached to the living room, and the office is separated by a door. Additionally, there is a half bath downstairs. As you go upstairs, the first bedroom on the left is for you to enjoy. The next door is the water heater, and then the main bathroom is between the guest room and my personal room. There isn’t much noise that comes from the water heater, and I have never heard a guest outside of the TV being extemely loud.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place and everything was as described! Clean and beautiful from inside out! Close to the downtown area with so many places to go to or visit while staying there! I highly recommend it and please do have fun and enjoy the mesmerizing view of Denver!

Best location in Denver! And Joe's a super chill dude!
Joe's place was perfect for my first visit to Denver! The home is clean and has a very warm, welcoming feeling, and the room and bed were very comfortable. The location is great, I felt safe exploring all the local bars, breweries and sights on my own. Downtown and the sports arenas/stadiums aren't too far - an easy 40 minute walk or cheap 10 minute Uber. And, to top it all off, Joe is super friendly, kind, responsive and happy to chat!

Walk to Denver Central Market or any of the shops in the RiNo area in a few short blocks! Our neighborhood has some great charm as the suburbs are right outside the city. Many buildings are also considered historical, which is why you see that many are still orginal.
Very walkable neighborhood to shopping, grocery, restaurants, etc. It is not too hard to find parking close by.
