We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura & Mike's. The great room was perfect for our large family. The location couldn't have been better for our weekend ski trip with small children - we we're able to come and go easily with a <5 minute drive to both West and Central Summit.

Pros New Clean Good sleep and bathroom configuration options Location Good drop zones for equipment. Good storage solutions in the closets Lots games Pump soap in bathrooms. Thank you. Host communication is fast. Cons Water heater way too small only lasts 10-12 min. Need tankless or bigger water heater. You have to space out showers to not be within 30-45 mins of someone else who took a shower or else you will get a cold shower. Downstairs bathroom gfci trips all the time (nothing plugged into the circuit). Fireplace is nice but makes the main floor warm and so thermostat doesn’t turn on which makes the downstairs freezing. Nest thermostat automatically changes the temperature in the house. We woke up one morning to 58 degrees inside and another 62. After messaging with the host we figured out how to override the system and make it hold the temp. This feature should be turned off when guests are at the house. Need Kleenex in all bathrooms. Need small bar soaps for showers.

Fantastic property! Great location and the house was well stocked with games and puzzles. We had a fantastic time and would love to return.

We loved our stay at Base Camp! The location is perfect and the place was nice, clean and very cozy. Excellent place to stay right before the holidays!

Very convenient to west summit. We walked everyday instead of driving. Home is very spacious. Would definitely book again.
