A comfortable stay, lovely room, very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. Well placed, close to centre of Lincoln but in a quiet neighbourhood and overlooking the arboretum. Daniel was really quick to respond to all my communications. It was a brief stay this time. I would recommend and would stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dan’s house. Super comfortable bed, Great coffee in the morning And cat cuddles a plenty! Highly recommended for a stay in Lincoln.

After a three-week stay at Daniel's, I can confidently say it's one of the most comfortable and cozy stays I've experienced in the city, especially considering I've stayed at other places here as well. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, from the clean bedsheets to the warm and cozy bed. The room, washroom,and kitchen are all spotless, exactly as depicted in the pictures on the site. The location is perfect. Daniel is an incredibly friendly and attentive host. He goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable, even addressing small details with utmost care. His hospitality is outstanding, and let's not forget Lola,the cat! Her warmth and affection added an extra layer of charm to the stay. It’s a peaceful stay, thanks to the quietness of most guests.This contrasts with other noisy places I've experienced in the past. Overall, I’m immensely grateful to Daniel for being an amazing host. Don't hesitate to book this place for your next visit to Lincoln-it’s truly a gem!
