Guests have own small fridge to share with other guests which includes a small top box freezer as part of the fridge & double cupboard for food. Pet friendly house with one cat & dog. Large double bedroom with walk in closet & own entrance. En-suite with shower, sink, toilet, cabinet, radiator. Private guest sitting room with smart tv, kettle, workspace Communal open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge. Utility area use by arrangement. Communal TV has prime box & Netflix. Good WiFi & speeds.

Karen is a very good host. Her home is lovely and spacious. The part I stayed in was very comfortable. There is an added bonus of a small sitting room with tv and your own entrance door. Very good value for money paid. Many thanks Karen.

A1 is 5 miles using by-pass. We are about a mile from by-pass. Side roads light traffic so quick route to main roads.
