A wonderful vacation spot! There was construction nearby but it didn’t ruin our experience. The house was stocked with all of the essentials and the hosts / concierge were super organized and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Would definitely come back! It was a great place and floor plan for our family.

This house was well stocked and just the right size for our family of four. The dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and outdoor grill were all put to use, as well as the great pool, outdoor patio furniture, and plenty of towels. The house is walking distance to a bodega, a few restaurants, and the beautiful Playa Pelada. The property management group was always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns, and they met us at the home upon arrival (which is nice if it’s your first time in the area). One thing we didn’t realize before arriving was the open-air feature of the slats on the upper part of the living room and kitchen walls. Not only did the warm, dry air infiltrate these rooms, but so too did all outdoor sounds as well as a fine layer of dust from the dirt road and adjacent alley (dry season = lots of dust). We didn’t mind, but maybe something to note before booking.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb and would gladly return in the future. The home felt like an oasis, beautifully decorated, and the pool was the perfect relaxing place. The quick, flat walk to the beach, El Chivo and Sunrise Coffee made it incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the high level of security, which provided peace of mind throughout our stay. While there was construction next door, it's worth noting that this is a common occurrence these days in Nosara, a town experiencing extreme growth, and it didn't detract significantly from our experience.

Convenient location and lovely villa. Well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the items in the welcome basket to get us started. The beds could be more comfortable but lots of beds in CR are just adequate. There was some construction noise right outside the door that woke us up and didn’t allow for peaceful pool time or afternoon naps but the owners and property management company were responsive to us. Overall a nice stay in a lovely villa walking distance to several restaurants and the beach.
