The space is primarily setup for two with a comfortable queen Murphy bed, but the couch also folds down into a futon bed for stays with 3 guests. This is a private half acre, the shed on back of property is used for storage and is locked up. 🔥❄️Brand new Mini split for AC and Heat! Snowbirds Welcome, inquire about longterm stays! 🏄‍♂️ We do not currently provide usable surf boards, but we are happy to recommend local surf instructors and surfboard rentals if you’d like to try your hand at conquering the gulf. 🏄 (all boards in the tiny home were locally surfed and are now retired as decorations)🏄 The Space features one Queen sized Murphy bed that folds down seamlessly, futon style couch, a smart TV, wireless internet, beautiful fire pit for camping out with the family after a long day at the beach. Property is only 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key, 0.4 miles from groceries, Foley one direction and Pensacola the other, 17 minutes from OWA and Tanger Outlets, under 30 minutes from beautiful Gulf Shores!!
