A beautiful, clean, swimming and fishing lake, a private beach with a dock, sunrises on the water, hiking trails close by, and a rustic cabin are what you will get with this location. This cabin is located on South Harper Lake known for wonderful swimming and great fishing for musky, largemouth bass, walleye, and panfish. While the lake is only 72 acres, many people enjoy tubing, skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking here. This cabin has multiple stairs, so be prepared for that. There is access to the main level with only two steps, but every other level has multiple steps. Our beach is a sandy, clear beach, and we allow you to use our life jackets and water toys during your stay. We have a paddle boat, a canoe, and a kayak. They are all old, but they still work.

Very peaceful cabin on the lake. It was very clean with everything we needed. The only downside was no cell signal or Wi-Fi. Close to restaurants in Rib lake. It was too cold to use the water but the sunrises were beautiful!

I have only good things to say about our stay in Rib Lake. Beautiful peaceful property, and the home was so cozy. We would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. It was just what we were looking for when booking a girls trip for peace and quiet. Waking up and watching the sunrise over the lake from the deck was a highlight of our stay. If you want the north woods experience, I highly recommend.

We are located within 15 miles of Wisconsin's highest point, Timm's Hill. We are also close to the Ice Age walking trails. South Harper Lake is a quiet lake, and oftentimes, you might be the only people on the lake. Please note that we do NOT have Wifi, and cell service can be spotty with all different providers. Plan to unplug a bit.
