It’s a beautiful space. The highlight is the garden and the pool. Wonderful fruit trees, flower bushes and other plants and very well taken care of. It’s close to a creek, there are lush backgrounds. The house is authentic and well equipped. At the same time a bit dated. We had also two cold and rainy days, then you realize that authentic also means few windows and daylight if doors are closed. The location is good, possible to walk to Pollenca (1,5km to the main town square). The communication was excellent.

We couldn't have found a more perfect villa for our stay in Mallorca. We loved everything about it. The villa is spacious, clean and incredibly well equipped. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well. Provision of bath and pool towels was incredibly useful and enabled us to pack light. The welcome pack contained some useful items - the water was great as we arrived very late at night without chance to go to a supermarket. The biscuits were a welcone snack upon arrival. The dishwasher tablets were plenty for our 6 night stay. Outside, the gardens are fabulous with a huge array of wildlife: Scops Owl, Hoopoe, Sardinian Warbler, Spotted Flycatcher, Firecrest and more were all seen/heard in the garden! The chickens wandering the gardens did not cause us any issues. The cockerels crowed but not too early to disturb. The pool was magnificent and still very usable in late October.

Thank you for a fantastic stay. We would highly recommend this property - it is beautiful. Close to all amenities and absolutely spotless on arrival. Wondered grounds and pool was pristine. Lemon and fig trees and stunning gardens. Owl Booking were responsive, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay was of the highest standard. Many thanks for such a wonderful holiday. We will be back!

Had a truly relaxing stay at Xino, would recommend and come back again to stay. The location is perfect for accessing Northern Mallorca (incl. Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor) and is easy to find. The only areas that could be improved upon for a better experience, include air conditioning within the kitchen, upgrading the bathrooms and toilets, together with a new dishwasher. Otherwise perfect for families
