Great stay for a large group, incredibly comfortable beds and lots of rooms and bathrooms. Decor and layout was ideal and the hot tub is huge and a great perk! The views from the top floor rooms were beautiful - ocean views! The kitchen is a little tired / old but functional for basic cooking, will note some of the bathroom taps had little to no water pressure so were unusable.

We had a large group for a wedding and this was one of the few sizable homes in La Jolla. Great experience.

We enjoyed our stay there with everyone and house accommodations were good. Beautiful area and close to everything. They need to update cook top and oven. The heat indicators on stove didn’t work. It took forever to cook anything on the stove. I would recommend staying here.

WARNING: NOT IN CONDITION TO RENT. Event if they do maintenance on the place, I would STRONGLY urge to not rent from this company. The owners of the home KNEW that there was a leak in the pipes and turned off the running water before our arrival. When we got there we could not use the bathroom, begin cooking, etc. It took hours to get someone to come out from the property management company, and because we were waiting so long, we called the city water for maintenance. The city water providers were the ones to be able to tell us what was actually going on. Turns out there was a large leak in the piping into the house and the water line was INTENTIONALLY turned off to stop damage, and STILL THEY KEPT THE PLACE FOR BOOKING ON AIRBNB. It is completely reckless and irresponsible. When we got the water back on, we noticed the large leak and called again for help. They tried to kick us out at 10pm at night based on their mistake. Kitchen was also in horrible condition, no wifi. DO NOT RENT!!

Nice place for large group. Beds are comfy and location of the place is great, especially for walking to La Jolla.
