This area is a mobile home retirement community, it is peaceful and quiet.
We have a small park a few blocks from the house (mobile home).
Mobile homes do get a bad reputation sometimes due to the conditions and lack of rules in the community but I guarantee that you will be entering into a very well kept and high value type of mobile home community.

I work for Lyft which you can utilize and Uber as well is a great way to get around. Bus does not come to my area.
Free parking is available at my home if you have your own vehicle. There is a drive way and also the side of the street is safe as well.
My home is not far form I29 for anyone that is wanting a place right off the interstate.
