Ike is a great host! He’s very responsive and accommodating. Originally, I was going to stay for 2 nights but booked another 2 weeks. I liked his place so much I wanted to stay while hunting for an apartment. Thanks Ike!!!

Nice quiet neighborhood only 4 miles from Sioux Falls..great place to lay your head and get a piece of mind..very affordable rates.. multiple choices as well..very proactive hosts

Was super impressed with staying here! I’d originally selected another place of his but he inquired if I was driving myself or not and got me not only a slightly cheaper room but somewhere my pickup would be able to park at with no issues! 10/10 and super impressed by that level of courtesy.

It was fine. WiFi didn't work when I got there, but I've no doubt the host will fix that following this review -- he was extremely responsive and helpful, big kudos on that front. There was, however, some odor issues for me, and also the mini-trashcan in my room still had tuna wrappers in it from the previous guest -- which isn't a big deal in itself, but kind of concerns me for what else wasn't looked at? All told, it provided what I needed, at a good cost, in a good area, and with minimal fuss.
