We stayed in this airbnb for a month, within this month we bonded and had a great time! It is the perfect space for friends and family, a comfortable living room with spacious bed rooms. In New York I have found most places feel like you’re staying in a shoebox, this was not the case. The house was great and very well kept, and well decorated to say the least. I love the effort the owners have put in to make the area feel like a home away from home! Speaking of the owners; they were great host! Very understanding and accommodating, so much so that Jeff actually gave us his number for any questions we had. Being new to New York that was beyond appreciated! If you want a great and safe stay in new York this is your place!

Katherine and Jeff are very friendly, and Jeff is always helpful and kind. My family is on their first visit to NY, and they have had wonderful experiences because of this amazing house. The house is very clear and has almost everything that we need, the location is good very close to the subway and supermarket. The only small regret is that it is not easy to find a parking space. Highly recommend this house to whoever has a big family! Will visit this house next time.

Wonderful Hosts! Jeff and Katherine’s home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. They are very responsive and accommodating. Great neighborhood, safe, quiet and conveniently located. We would gladly book again in the future.

Great hosts, and respond quickly to inquiries. The place is super clean, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to shopping center. Will definitely rent their place if I come back to New York.
