We had a great time at the beach house. The place was super clean when we arrived and check in was very easy. The house was exactly as described. The beach house was a wonderful place to relax with calming oceans sounds after dealing with LA traffic. The little private sandy area is a wonderful touch. My family has decided that this is one of their favorite places and it was hard to get them to leave. The location is stunning. We can’t wait to return and enjoy the beach and waves.

This is our second time staying at this gorgeous home and it did not disappoint! They improved the front beach area with soft sand right outside the doors and new gorgeous rock lined steps to allow easy access to walk down to the ocean. Everything was clean and beautiful, we would love to come back!

We LOVED the location and the house itself, just AMAZING! The interior was very modern and CLEAN! The sandy part of the house allowed me to dip my feet in the sand and feel the peaceful earth. The only thing that I would improve upon is the broken beach chairs, all but 1 chair are broken and unusable which is not a big deal since it’s a bonus, but if I had known they were broken, I would have brought my own. I was very confused about the occupancy rule. I thought only 6 people were allowed to sleep or be inside the house. I didn’t realize that you couldn’t have more than 6 people on the premise at all. I wanted to enjoy the beach with some friends who live locally but was told that they couldn’t come on the premise at all. So we had some of us on the public beach few steps ahead and the rest of us on the sandy part of the house. We are a few friends in our 50-60s who just wanted to sit and enjoy the beach and have our wine and charcuterie, so it was a little disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay. The view was incredible. It was a very private location and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Lots of storage was a plus. However, I would say that it could use some attention and upgrades. No comfortable seating for outside like pictured. Kitchen pans are plentiful but very old & scratched insides. The bathrooms are clean but there is a problem with the front bath being either scolding hot or cold- but turn the knob where you think you are going to break it and it seems to even out but drainage is not good. The back bathroom is basically an RV insert for the shower. & mold on the trim. The main problem...all of the mattresses were very low quality. I slept on the sofa because the primary bed is absolutely the worst mattress and under support I have ever slept on. We stayed for 6 nights with 6 people and by night 2 I put my youngest in that bed and my husband and I took the sofas. Making it really hard to come back.
