Joel and Christina are amazing hosts. They were only a text or call away. They really cared about the over all experience of our stay. Loved the ability to walk to the nearby restaurant and bar. They do different things like bingo certain nights of the week. The airboat rides were great too. I highly recommend this for those with a large family tons of room great outside yard. Private yet convenient to stores. We will book with them in the future!!

We had a wonderful stay at Gator Manor. With family in Oviedo, we haven’t found a place to stay that accommodated our family until now. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own bathroom and the large living area was a great place to gather for meals, card playing and movie watching. Thank you - we will be back!
We had a gathering for family that was coming in for my daughters wedding. The house was approximately 30 minutes from the wedding venue but it was the only place large enough that all of us could stay under one roof. The house was perfect for our needs. Especially with every bedroom having its own bathroom. We had to sleep 11 people and be able to get ready at the same time. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was also plenty of seating space for us all in the living room area. We did not do any real cooking beyond using the toaster, but it looks like the kitchen is adequately set up for it. We brought paper plates etc with us because we knew we did not want to do dishes but there seemed to be plenty of dishes if we hadn’t. Over all we had a very enjoyable stay.
Joel was wonderful, as was the house we had stayed in. It is large enough to comfortably fit everyone, it is close to the other rentals that Joel has, so if you have an exceptionally large group you could always walk between the houses without issue. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived and Joel made sure we were comfortable in the house during our stay.

We have developed a Florida bar/restaurant around the old Florida theme on the shores of Lake Jessup in Oviedo FL, that includes local food (gator tails, etc.), airboats and live bands on weekends. We have built businesses and lived in Africa, and on the islands of Madagascar and Corsica.
