Totally set up for fun, The Billiard House has a billiard room, plus air hockey/mini ping pong, foosball, tons of board games to keep the little (and big) ones entertained. The bedrooms each have a fun theme - Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman, and Star Wars. Location is perfect: one block from downtown Sanford’s breweries and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the waterfront harbor! This brand-new house has an open floorplan and the garage has been converted into a billiard room (with air-conditioning). You'll have 3 bedrooms: the master suite has a king bed and a twin, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 extra-long twin size beds, and one has a desk.

Great property, convenient to everything. Will defn stay again
Michelle's house in Sanford is located in the perfect location to explore all of what Sanford has to offer. Everything was in easy walking distance. The house was extremely clean all around. The beds were very cozy. The house itself was super fun and offered loads of entertainment. The fenced backyard had two nice tables and chairs plus our dogs had the perfect amount of space to run around and play. Michelle was a very responsive host. This was one of the best airbnb experiences we have had so far. I highly recommend staying at this house!
The house is nice and spacious. Plenty of games and activities. Not very peaceful. The downtown area is about 2 blocks away and plays loud music until at least 12 am every night.
Great place, our kids did not want to leave and go back home
Our family LOVED and ADORED the house! It was perfect for our family vacation! When it was nice, we had so much locally that we could explore and enjoy. When it rained, there was plenty of entertainment indoors. My husband and I think this may be the best place we have stayed so far. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip! We plan to use this location again when we return to visit my family.

Walking around downtown is very safe, or rent a golf cart to travel around if you’d like! Very drivable and plenty of parking all around town.
