Great apartment and great location. Close to the L train, so it’s very easy to commute to Manhattan. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood with several coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The unit is equipped with all everything you could need to live there for short or long periods of time, and the high ceilings give it a very spacious sensation which is greatly appreciated in NYC.

Andrew was an incredible host. By far the best host I’ve had booking on Airbnb. It was my first time in New York City & Andrew’s place was perfect for me and my partner. It was super close to the subway, local restaurants & convenient stores. Andrew’s place was beautiful and I would book this place again in the near future!

Andrew is the best host. Extremely attentive, flexible, personable, and all around very interesting guy. Loved the place, very modern and comfortable. Plenty of light, nice balcony which looks over a pretty plaza located in the building's outdoor space. Building is great, no noisy neighbors, everybody is friendly and polite. Location is great, a block to supermarkets, coffee shops, a lovely park, and very close to the subway. No time to get into Manhattan, very convenient. I am hoping to be able to go back again soon.

Absolutely had a pleasure staying at Andrew’s home. Great decor, close to the L, provided everything from snacks in the fridge to laundry detergent. Andrew was also very accommodating and responsive and overall a great host! 10/10 would stay again!

I had about a 6 month stay at Andrew’s place and I’ll start by saying he is absolutely fantastic. Always available. Always flexible. Super cool person. His place looked exactly like the photos, and the outdoor space is perfect. It was fully equipped with lots of essentials. I do really wish there were full curtains in the living room for privacy, but not too big of a problem. The gym also leaves a lot to be desired, but Andrew did have weights in the outdoor space. The plants and books were an amazing touch. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The area was walkable with a good few restaurants in the immediate area and a grocery store right on the corner. Overall I would stay again.
