A delightful place, conveniently close to the Royal Infirmary and easy access to the city centre. Communications from the host were clear and accurate and we were made to feel very welcome.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Kitchen well kitted out with all we needed. Although we had our own car we did use the bus to get into town which was quick and easy, Would love to come and stay another time. Bev

Not worth the price. Although nonsmoking the living room smelled of cigarettes. Bathtub was worn and dirty. Entire place is worn. Rents for four people but only three forks, and one mug. Ended up drinking tea out of a measuring cup…

Sarah's place was a lovely apartment in a nice and quiet location. I slept well and overall comfortable and was enjoyed my stay. I did feel, however, that there was a sense of carelessness about the flat. I never met Sarah and used a lock-box to enter. My first look out the living room window showed a front window that was smeary as if a small child had played running its hands across - and so was the TV screen; the small room between the living room and kitchen had all kinds of things - vacuum, extra chairs, cleaning things etc. - kind of helter skelter thrown in, without a door or curtain, which leaves a strange feeling of "what's this all about?" while the rest of the house is nicely decorated and looks orderly; and finally, there was not a drop of milk or shred of jam or butter in the kitchen (I've never had that experience of a lack of welcome in my almost three months in the UK), and I had to wash several dishes before being able to use them (I guess previous guests had not cleaned them well and no one checked). All in all, I may return since the flat was nice enough and, therefore, can recommend it to fellow travelers.
