Nirvana is aptly named- it is absolute paradise. Not only are the villas secluded, private, and stunningly beautiful, the staff is all top notch. Jade was a fabulous host and concierge, and was both very helpful and super responsive. The daily cleaning service was outstanding- I've never seen this at an Airbnb before but it made such a huge difference. The private pool was out of this world and Jose cleaned it every morning first thing. Getting a big smile and wave from Jose while making my coffee each morning was such a nice morning ritual. We had our 5-year old twins with us and I was nervous about having a private pool and whether they'd be able to access it. Luckily one of the bedrooms did not have outdoor access, and the main lock on the front doors is up very high (about 5ft high) so they would not be able to get outside without us. The safety really put my mind at ease, and we made great use of the pool.

Nirvana was the ideal boutique villa for our family of 4. The villa was equipped with everything we needed during our 1 week stay. We loved the clean and modern esthetics + easy to use appliances, and the thoughtful layout of the villa which made it easy for us to keep an eye on our kids in the pool from almost every single room. Cleaning service every day was amazing and did not feel intrusive during our stay. Concierge service a definite plus. Location is tucked away on a quiet street yet walkable to a ton of restaurants, stores and the beach. Well run operation with just the right # of staff. Would love to see more Airbnb villas modeled after Nirvana!

Spent five days at this location in Tamarindo with 3 adult sons. We lived in CR in the past so were familiar with culture and customs. Listing is exactly as described: private, quiet, clean, accessible to beach, shops, restaurants, all within a few mins walk. Excellent staff contact, Jade. Very responsive. Wonderful pool. Has great AC, a necessity in April. We also had a rented car which allowed more flexibility. If you are not familiar with "Tico time", you may try to pack too much into one day. Best to go with the flow and enjoy meeting the locals. Two cautions: prices are high (however restaurants include tips in final price), and many times each day, we were approached by guys asking if we wanted to buy weed or cocaine, esp on the beach. They backed off when we said no, and we always felt safe, but it is there. You see all ages, including families with kids, older folks like this writer; majority of visitors in 20's and 30's. Not much of a LGBTQ+ scene. Would rent this again.

We loved our stay at Nirvana while in Tamarindo. Not being at all familiar with the area, I can now say that the location was perfect! Was able to walk everywhere around town and to the beach. The villa was gorgeous! Super clean, well stocked with all essentials, and private pool and deck area was great for our family! Service was wonderful! They were very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Provided us great recommendations for our stay. Would definitely recommend Nirvana villas!!

Another spectacular stay at Nirvana! This place always exceeds our expectations-from the beautiful villas, stunning landscapes, and incredibly responsive hosts. Alin and her team always make sure their guests have the most memorable vacation at Nirvana. She helped us with every last detail and all of our excursions-making it another memorable trip to Tamarindo and the highlight of our year. We cannot wait to visit again next year!! Pura Vida!
