dusty and rusty kitchen equipment. place needs maintenance. the expectation versus reality is a real talk. broken outside bathroom partly missing roof and broken door. loft has very low ceiling that you need to walk like a duck. smelly fridge. but the towels and linens were clean and smell good. open kitchen is not a good idea it's really hard to cook because of the hard wind blows.we experienced total blackout around the area and the good thing isntjeybhad emwrgency lights in tje open kitchen ad since it was windy that night, we all stayed in the open kitchen until the power went on for about 5 hours? I think. not worth the price there are a lot of listing that is far better for only a hundred dollars. worst listing I have ever booked so far.

The place was really nice and really looked like the in the photos!! The beach was nie as well and very walkable. It just took us a couple of minutes to get to. The place really had a relaxing vibe to it and spacious to accomodate our group. Would book again if we're near the place!!!

Country-side feels. Loved the place AND the view. The house was simple yet clean. Complete working kitchen. 2nd T&B outside was a plus. Beach was just several steps away and not crowded. Might book again soon.

A really great place to hangout with the barkada. Refreshing and private. The caretaker was helpful and kind. Although its not exactly a beach front property, its access to the beach is super easy, plus its beach is not too crowded. The owner was also easy to talk to, friendly and flexible. We extremely enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we didn't cause too much noise to the neighborhod. Overall, this is a highly recommended place, value for money-wise.
