We were disappointed and had high expectations considering its price. Cons: - AC units in the bedrooms were not working during the first day (we stayed during the hot summer and we wanted to relax right after traveling far) and only got fixed at 9pm - Neighbors are noisy specially the first day as they were drinking. They can also see us when we enter and exit our rooms - Drinking water was not immediately available on the last day, I needed to contact the host before the staff provided it - Common area is bare and karaoke is defective - A lot of frogs at night, even in the pool Pros: - Host is very responsive, hired a masseuse and offered us free massages due to AC mishap - Staff is considerate of our pet dogs - Plenty of greenery, the view of the mountains is great - Free breakfast - Bedrooms are spacious, CRs are clean We had an unfortunate stay but the place can still be better.

Had a good time in Yas Villa, we were accommodated and assisted very well. The host, Miss Regina, is super easy to communicate with and is very responsive. We will definitely recommend Yas Villa to family and friends!

We loved Yas Villa. For those who are going to Las Casas, this is perfect. Just 5 minutes from Las Casas. Owner replies fast and was super helpful. Staff were so nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and good AC. All the rooms have their own TV with netflix and en suite. The ground floor also had TV with netflix and karaoke. My family enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Yas Villa 🫶🏻

The place is nice. The pool is big and clean. The rooms are very comfortable.
