You are welcome to enjoy our spacious and inviting beach house located within the exclusive Azura Resort Residences. While it is not directly on the beachfront, our cozy retreat is just a short 60-meter walk away from the beautiful sandy shores of Morong, Bataan. The house features three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests. Relax and unwind on the veranda or patio, where you'll find a refreshing dipping pool measuring 22 square meters and 4.5 feet deep. Please note that our vacation rentals are privately owned and not hotels or beach resorts. As such, the services we provide may differ from those offered by traditional accommodations. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable, but there may be limitations to what we can accommodate. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions outlined here, please refrain from booking our place. 1. Cleaning and Maintenance - Tavin Escape and its surroundings will be thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards before your arrival. We kindly request that guests take responsibility for the upkeep of the house and its surroundings during their stay, ensuring that everything is left in good condition upon check-out. Cleaning tools such as a broom, dustpan, mop, and pool strainer are provided for your convenience. Please note that small insects or leaves may occasionally find their way into the pool since it is located outdoors. However, you can easily remove them using the pool strainer that we have thoughtfully provided. For stays of four days or longer, our reliable pool cleaner will visit the premises on the third day to ensure the pool remains pristine. If you prefer not to have our pool cleaner access the premises, kindly inform us, and we will respect your wishes. 2. Caretakers are available to assist with emergencies such as power outages, equipment usage, directions to the beach, and other unforeseen events. Please also allow them to water the plants on your 3rd day if you are staying for 3 nights or more. They can also answer some questions, but we strongly encourage guests to communicate directly with the host. If you require additional assistance beyond their job expectations, please consider offering a tip as a gesture of appreciation. 3. Environmental fee – 20php per head will be collected in certain areas of Morong, Bataan in alignment with Municipal Ordinance #151, series of 2019 4. Security: For the privacy and safety of our guests, Tavin Escape has strategically placed CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas, including the patio, garage, and side corridors. Access to the CCTV footage is strictly limited to the owners of the house to ensure the security and confidentiality of our guests. 5. Power Outage - In the unfortunate event of a power outage, a generator is available for use and will be operated by the caretakers. We kindly request your permission to allow the caretaker to enter the premises and the house. During this period, we kindly ask for your consideration regarding appliance usage. We suggest limiting the use of air conditioners in the bedrooms to a maximum of three, or a combination of other appliances up to 5,000 watts. In case of a scheduled blackout, the host will inform you in advance. 6. SUPPLIES  All bedding, including pillows, bedsheets, and blankets, are provided for the duration of your stay. Each sofa bed will also have its own set of linens and pillows if the number of guests exceeds 10 adults. Please note that towels are not provided. An initial supply of trash bin liners, liquid hand soap, a dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid soap, and toilet paper will be provided. Please note that shampoo, body wash or body soap, and any other supplies not specifically mentioned above will not be provided. KITCHEN/DINING The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven toaster, rice cooker, microwave, induction cooker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and water dispenser. Cooking pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware (plates, glasses, coffee mugs, spoons, and forks), wine glasses, shot glasses, and a chopping board are provided for your convenience. Filtered drinking water (5 gallons sealed) is available for guests. Two 5-gallon containers will be provided each day. Please note that the water is purchased from local water filtration suppliers, but the owners and caretakers will not be held liable in the unfortunate event of waterborne illness. Therefore, it is recommended that guests bring their own drinking water supply. - INDUCTION STOVE: For safety reasons, we will only be using an induction stove. It is recommended that you use pots and pans provides that are compatible with this type of stove. - NESPRESSO CREATISTA PLUS: This machine is easy to use and there are instructional videos available on YouTube. Please bring your own coffee capsules and milk if you choose to use this machine. ENTERTAINMENT 65-inch Smart TV, 2 microphones, and speakers are available for your viewing and singing. 1. You will need to use your own account to log in on Netflix and other accounts 2. A Youtube account is already set up. This is a Premium account so there will be no commercials. Videoke guide: 1. Turn on the TV, open Youtube. 2. 2 Microphones can be found inside the TV console drawer, turn on the mic 3. Have fun choosing your songs in Youtube - type the title of the song and add "videoke songs" on your search engine BBQ grill - Charcoal is not provided. Kindly buy your own at the nearby market. INSECT KILLER - 4 insect killers are available for your use, especially at night. We recommend you plug these in daily. ACCESSIBILITY A wheelchair ramp is available. The toilet and bath on the ground floor is also equipped with hand rails. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY Tavin Escape is equipped with 2 fire extinguishers and contacts will be provided to you.
