Place is perfect for family getaway. The staff (Rein and his 2 companions) are all very accomodating, respectful, and helpful. They always visit the place for regular clean-up of garbage bag + wiping the wet floors + etc.... Very clean place! Morong beach indeed very clean and perfect for seniors and kids (beach here is better than any beaches at San Juan/Nasugbu Batangas + San Botolan Zambales that we've visited so far). Wifi very reliable and stable (Me and my wife was able to attend on our meetings). Parking is enough for our 2 vehicles (1 van + 1 car). Few suggestions: 1. Can owner improve the main door lock/stability (there are cases strong wind able to open the door). 2. Can owner consider providing thick blanket in the bedrooms.

Beautiful place. 3 min walk to a nice public beach with good sand. House is exactly as described and feels new. Only recommendation is to provide towels and to have a shower outside for those coming from the beach. All in all, fantastic stay.

The place was new,Clean and great❤️ Superb👍Ate Rein the care taker assist us well 👌The Villa is 5minutes walk to the beach, The pool is nice my kids enjoy it so much❤️ Home facilities is good,but I recommend that they should put a water dispenser,pitcher and a portable Charcoal griller outside the house for more convenience for the guest. But overall I would recommend this place for family vacation. Will surely come back again👌❤️

The location is beautiful and peaceful. It is also a few minutes' walk from the beach. It is a fantastic vacation home.
