We had a great time. Place is clean and spacious. Walking distance going to the beach. Ate Rhoda is very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended :)

Highly recommended. Our family had a great time. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She patiently answered all our queries and made sure that we would have no problems checking in. The place was very near the beach and there are nearby stores and restaurants. It had enough parking space for 3 cars and complete amenities. The caretaker, Ate Rhoda was friendly and attentive to our needs, but more importantly discreet so the family still had lots of privacy. Definitely going back😀

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your unit. Ms Patricia is a very helpful and responsive host. She provided us with details needed before our arrival. Ate Rhoda and her kids are helpful too. Its a plus that ate rhoda is a therapist. Instant relaxation and great service. I would like to comment on the low water supply inside na the shower area, and there still an unpleasant smell inside the bathroom. This was already communicated with the host and they assured us that they will do something about these. Again, thank you so much!

We were a group of 3 small families and this review is the consensus of all. Place was nice and homey. It’s very near the beach and parking can fit 3 cars. House is safe and has proper locks. It was clean when we arrived, but too many flies in and out of the house; can improve by adding UV insect trappers and by adding and fixing the screens coz it has holes. Aircon in the middle room not working as it should, working on and off, an Error always appears when it’s not working. Smell of sewage or foul smell in all 3 bathrooms. A number of cockroaches too were in the bathroom/shower area. Pool's filter and pump should be turned on in the mornings to maintain its cleanliness throughout the day. One positive is the helper Rhoda can buy for you things that you need and it’s convenient to have someone there to help when you need to get things from the market. We also enjoyed fresh buko juice courtesy of Rhoda. Sand is fine and swimming at the beach is enjoyable. Many water activities too.

It was my first time to booked a place thru AirB&B and it didn’t disappoint me. The house is very clean and complete, everything we need is there. Ate Rhoda, the house caretaker is so kind and ensure that what we need is being attended. Communication with the owner is seamless as well. The place is highly recommended.
