I stayed at Eric's place for most of my travel contract in Salt Lake. The loft is in a central location downtown and close to everything- no more than a 10-15 minute driving distance to wherever you need to go in the city. Eric was an awesome host and was very responsive. we had accidentally locked ourselves out within our first week and the washer and dryer had issues during our stay-Eric was very quick to respond and remedy the situations- he is a great host!

I stayed here for a couple months on an assignment in SLC. This is an amazing Airbnb. It was cozy, well stocked, and in a great location. Eric is an amazing, accommodating and flexible host. He was responsive and kind throughout my entire stay. One downside to mention is that the walls are pretty thin and you can occasionally hear neighbors. Overall I had an exceptional stay here and would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eric’s downtown loft apartment! The location was fantastic for city living and conveniently close to freeways at the same time. The space also had a lot of character as well. The host went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable and when I mentioned that the sofa area could use more lighting, he brought a brand new lamp the next day. I would stay at this property again for sure!

Eric’s place was very clean and easy to check in to. I had a longer stay, and he was thoughtful enough to continue to provide for me / the space along the way too… dropping things off as needed. He went above and beyond and was very responsive throughout my stay.
