Yann was just lovely. He met us at check in and helped us carry up our luggage. We were running late and he was very kind about it. We were originally a little worried about the stairs with no elevator, but it really wasn't bad at all. Yann gave us some local restaurant recommendations and met us again at check out and helped carry the luggage downstairs. The apartment was well-located and close to restaurants and 2 metro stations. For 4 adults the place was a bit on the small side, but it was certainly larger than any hotel room(s), especially in Paris, and we found it perfectly adequate for our needs.

We had a great stay at Yann’s place. It was spacious enough for two couples and located walking distance from many major attractions plus great restaurants and cafes. The place was surprisingly quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. It was clean and comfortable. It is on the fourth floor (or the fifth floor for us Americans) so if you have trouble with stairs this might not be a great choice. We had no issue with the walk up. I would absolutely stay here again.

A great walkable location on a quiet street near two fantastic bakeries. Easy Subway and RER access. The apartment kitchen is fantastic.

The whole french experience was superlative for me & my daughters. Yann's appartment was very nice and comfortable. With no luxury but with a lot of care for the details. Just keep in mind that you will live in a 4th floor apartment with no elevator, which was not a problem to us. Overall, thank you Yann for your kind service and lovely apartment. (If you rent the appartment, do not forget to go to the boulangerie (bakery) that is 2 blocks from the apartment as soon as you wake up! The pain au chocolate and the croissant were unforgettable and are part of the french experience!)
