I can't praise Andrew enough, He is a SUPER super-host. He had coffee and tea already there, to start out our stay. He made sure we knew about the neghborhood grocery store. He helped me research many restaurants, tour guides, plantations. It was Andrew's help that made our stay in Nawlins so fantastic. The house was great, very clean, kitchen was fabulous. Plenty of seating, lots of storage space so we could empty our suitcases. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The train that other reviews mentioned did not bother me. Andrew supplies ear plugs and sound machines just in case. When we come back, I'm searching for Andrew's airbnb places.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was perfect. His home was conveniently located to the wedding venue (Pop’s Fountain) and was also close to CVS, Walmart, and grocery stores. Perfect for uptown sight-seeing, located in an arts district, we loved walking around town and trying out the restaurants and the shops in the area. Close to the Quarter, the Uber rides are cheap from Bourbon St. on Sat. night, and the rental car didn’t have to go far from Church on Sun. In a word, the house is PERFECT. Andrew created the perfect NOLA retreat for my family. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I could have slept in it all day. The local art he tastily decorated the rooms with are beautiful, and creative. For the house to be so close to the train station, I didn’t notice it at all until my daughter showed me the “white noise” maker in her room and the sign he made about the trains. Andrew is a perfect host. I plan to return soon and stay there. I would give 100 stars if I could.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrews place. The house and all contents are fairly new and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Andrew communicated often and gave great advice for things to do or if we had any questions. I would and hope to stay at Andrew's place in the near future.

Our stay in New Orleans was phenomenal, and Andrew was the best host I've ever had on AirBnB, super responsive and even with great recommendations of things to do. Everything in the place was precisely as listed and really a great fit for our family of 4. The Irish Channel neighborhood is an awesome place to stay in New Orleans, lots of amenities.
