Matt's home was amazing! Very spacious! Massive hot tub (perfect temp for kids), fantastic sauna, 1 nice bedroom downstairs with the sofa couch and 3 nice bedrooms upstairs. Easy to use appliances, including the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The master bath was incredible -- floor to ceiling windows, great tub. The location was quiet, but minutes away from great restaurants in Marina del Rey. Easy lock code. We would definitely come back again!

So fortunate to have stayed at Matt and Holden’s home. It was just as described and it is beautiful, spacious, and even better in person. We were unable to take full advantage of the hot tub due to an issue, but Matt let us know about it prior to our arrival and kept us updated on the repair during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms have everything you could need or want. There were some very helpful documents waiting for us when we checked in and with rain for some of our stay, Matt proactively provided some suggestions for things to do in LA in the rain. I would definitely stay in their home again and look forward to staying again the next time we return to LA. Thank you Matt and Holden!

We had a really lovely stay at Matt and Holden’s place. The house is gorgeous and exactly as described. (Like living in an extremely tasteful but cozy Anthropologie store, haha.) Very family friendly and the property feels like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking was easy. I would clarify that this is their primary residence and as such there are personal items throughout the house — full closets, food in the refrigerator, personal photos on the walls. This is unlike many of the rentals we’ve stayed in before so was a little bit of a surprise but didn’t impact how much we enjoyed the house. Our girls (8 and 1) slept comfortably in their rooms (the primary closet is well ventilated and spacious enough for a pack n play, which the hosts set up for us knowing we’d be arriving late — very appreciated!) and we all enjoyed using the hot tub. Would absolutely stay again if we were in the area!

Matt’s place was wonderful! The home Is clean, has everything you need and immaculately designed! I will say, it would be nice if the listing specifically stated it is the owners primary residence. Bed, linens, furniture…. Everything was excellent!

We Loved our getaway in this comfortable and modern home. It was a great place to relax and was a pleasant walk from the beach . Great restaurants were a short distance away. Highly recommended!
