Cosy place to stay, outdoor coffee is a great bonus at the lovely wooden picnic bench with a huge black dog for company. Shona welcomed us like family and gave us great recommendations for places to visit.

A little outside of town but TOTALLY worth it! Shona and her husband were wonderful hosts! We had some lovely treats, coffee, tea and juice. When we ran out of middle they happily provided a large bag of them! They checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, provided restaurant recommendations and even offered to drive us out to an area when they took their dog for a walk! I also forgot something and Shona brought it to the train station! Above and beyond! The house is 10mins outside Wrexham. We used Station Taxi and they were brilliant! Highly recommend Shona and her quiet, country house!

We loved our time at this very special place. We were given a very warm welcome but had privacy. The accomodation was compact but was very comfortable, clean and provided all the extra touches. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We couldn't fault it. Outstanding value for money too.

Shona was absolutely amazing! So accommodating and friendly. Shona made us feel like nothing was too much to ask, had some great knowledge of the local area and provided some great recommendations! The apartment was beautiful so well decorated, pretty, comfortable and clean! Surroundings were so quiet too! Thank you so much for making our visit memorable.
