Disappointed to say the least unfortunately this is false advertising we were given a 2 bedroom appartment not a 3 bedroom as is advertised! Called host immediately and they threatened to cancel our accommodation because I was going to cause more headache then what it was worth. We were unable to secure other accommodation due to an event in town. The balcony was not accessible due to structural damage. We had to phone the host 3 times past our expected check in time to actually get sent the accesss codes. When I raised all of the issues I was threatened to have accommodation cancelled. The cleaner come back to set up a sofa lounge which was not even a sofa lounge she was irritated and once we explained that we had actually booked a 3 bedroom she told us that tony doesnt actually have a 3 bedroom and was more understanding about the situation! We were told we would receive a partial refund to which we felt was not a satisfactory outcome and we are 3 weeks on and absolutely nothing!!!
