We are easy going hosts who love to create a comfortable and relaxing base for you to call home. We like to ensure guests have the comforts and information needed to get the most out of their stay in our self-contained unit. We have created a guidebook with some tips of where to eat and get great coffee. This retreat at North Lambton is located only five minutes drive from the John Hunter Hospital, Mc Donald Jones stadium, and five minutes from pubs and local shops and 10 minutes from Newcastle and it’s beaches. The premise is on two levels. The kitchen, dining and lounge area, and additional toilet and sink are located on the entry level, together with a laundry at the rear of the garage. The second level contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the afternoon sun. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a small outdoor patio area at the back. The washing line is located here. To the side of the property is a small grassed area that can access the back outdoor area.
