L’appartamento è super nuovo e con tutti i comfort, ideale per 2 pax ma si può dormire fino a 4. La posizione è fantastica 10 minuti a piedi e si raggiunge il lungomare, vicino ci sono negozi per fare la spesa, ma il vero plus è la stazione del treno dietro casa. Con il treno ci si sposta comodamente su tutta la costa. C’è anche il posto auto sotto casa che è una grandissima comodità. Laurent è molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. Una casa dove tornare sicuramente!!!

We loved our stay at Laurent's place. It is a beautifully done up apartment with an eye for detail, well-equipped kitchen, and big enough for 4 to stay comfortably (1 loft room and 1 comfy large pull out sofa bed). Laurent was super helpful and responsive. The location is 1 min of a walk away from the Cagnes-sur-Mer station, which takes you to all the towns on the Riviera. A Carrefour and boulangeries are located a 2 min walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you'd like to be in a smaller town on the riviera.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien situé. Laurent est très réactif. C’est agréable !
