Our cozy home in Fineview is a hidden gem built in 1890 transformed into a modern way of living with a touch of history. Offering panoramic views of downtown Pittsburgh with the advantage of being close to everything: 10 min walk to Heinz Field, PNC Park, Children’s Museum, National Aviary, Andy Warhol Museum, GREAT restaurants, and downtown. We have a brand new park with pickleball near the Fineview overlook. This unique house has a brand new master bath and top of the line kitchen appliances. Our tri-level home is a beautiful residence overlooking the city. It has been a labor of love for the past twelve years with one of a kind art that we are so excited to share with you. Our top floor has a bedroom and full bathroom with a panoramic view of downtown. Stepping down to second floor and street level we have a gorgeous living room and private deck. One more floor down you’ll step into our unique upgraded kitchen flavored with art to include a unique rock bathroom and laundry room and yet another larger deck off the back door.
