Originally built in the 1860s, Blackberry Way has been newly renovated from top to bottom with custom finishes and modern decor. This property is central to all the trendy locales that the Lawrenceville neighborhood has to offer. This property offers free off-street parking, a fully appointed kitchen with a peninsula bar, a sizable living room, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. A large private fenced in rear yard with a smokeless fire pit completes the entertaining space. This home offers a fully appointed custom kitchen with peninsula bar, quartz countertops, Keurig coffee maker, cuisinart appliances (toaster, blender, electric kettle), as well as ample dinner services and glassware. The living area is sizable with ample seating for guests, a large 65” HDTV with streaming offered through AppleTV. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level, both with full sized beds, as well as a full bathroom. Towels and makeup towels, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer are provided. A free full-sized washer and dryer also is available on the upper level. The back yard contains a smokeless SoloStove fire pit, as well as four Adirondack chairs. Firewood is available for use for an additional fee. Offstreet parking is available. The parking space can comfortably fit one full sized car/SUV. Out of consideration for our neighbors, we ask that any other vehicles be parked on another side street. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ANY VEHICLES, TRAILERS OR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES TO BE PARKED ON BLACKBERRY WAY.

Great spot easy walking distance to Butler St. very sleak property. It was booked as advertised and ebjoyed to back yard and fireplace. Would absolutely stay here again.
Wonderful spot! Great location, nice fenced in space for the dog. Walkable to so many restaurants.
The place is nicely remodeled. The rules are a bit excessive and demanding, but for a short stay it was fine. Craig was initially responsive but didn’t respond once I arrived. Again, for a short stay, that’s fine. But concerning if I were to stay longer or had an emergency request.
We enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and we enjoyed walking to restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood.
Great place i Lawrenceville. Private, but walkable to many great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Nice little backyard with fire pit.

It's a neighborhood on the rise with affordable properties, first-rate, one-of-a-kind shops and an awesome dining scene. The neighborhood has undergone such a revival that it's called a "go-to" destination by The New York Times. Located less than three miles from Downtown, it's a neighborhood with deep roots too. In fact, composer Stephen Foster's father charted the street plans in 1814.
Parking in the Lawrenceville neighborhood can be challenging, but will not be an issue given that there is free off-street parking located on the property. This home is centrally located to all of what central and upper Lawrenceville has to offer and is easily walkable to any venue in that area. The property is steps away from Butler Street, which is the main thoroughfare through Lawrenceville.
