We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and tidy. The steps like the description said were long. Unfortunately, we arrived in the evening when it was dark and there were no outside lights on. Even with the porch lights on we could not see the steps. Apparently there was flood lighting but we never did find the switch and it was not marked. The house is old and in need of a few updates, one of the beds was very bowed in the center and uncomfortable. But in saying that, the location was good and the house was adequate for our needs.

Buyer beware. Although the house is very old and in need of updating and repairs (the toilet seat in the master bath gives you a good rocking), it was clean and fairly well stocked. The trouble is getting into the house. The driveway is very steep and finished with loose rock. I could barely get my car up the incline and the rock was so loose we slipped a lot and don't know how we kept from falling. The climb to the front door is very steep with stairs that are also loose gravel. Although the tread height is reasonable, they are uneven and we never felt steady going up them, especially hauling luggage and coolers. I would not recommend this house based on how horrible getting parked and to the front door was. We will not be back.
