You can park your car under the carport, property is fenced. 2 pets OK. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single. Everything is within walking distance. Internet cafe is 2 block away. No television, phone line or internet. Strong cell phone reception. You can watch Netflix on your phone or tablet. Lots of books. Teacapan is 2hrs South of Mazatlan, and is a fishing village.
