房子的地理位置很棒，在malden一处很安静的地方。屋内的设施很现代化也很干净，能看出来是在每位租户搬出后都有打扫。很好！

Ira&Ahmet's place made us feel like home. The check-in went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked&everything looked as described. We were only there for one night but we would definitely be back! Thank you!

Very clean Airbnb with lots of space. Clearly recently renovated and very clean all around. Unfortunately during my stay a water tank in the closet exploded ruining all my shoes, some clothes, and flooded the entire bedroom floor. A brand new camera stowed away in my bag was damaged beyond repair. When I spoke with the owner I was met with aggression and told to figure it out on my own. Certainly not ideal, and I realize a water tank explosion is no small thing for them as homeowners either, but I simply wanted to figure out actionable next steps. The kitchen is great and nice bathroom. Had the flooding experience not occurred I likely would have rated it four or five stars, but just a bad experience with that interaction.

I had the most wonderful time during my stay in Malden, Massachusetts! The accommodations with Ira&Ahmet were beyond exceptional. The cozy and well-furnished space truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect - nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to all the attractions that Malden has to offer. Exploring the area was a breeze, with easy access to public transportation and local eateries. What truly stood out to me was the host's hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations about local gems, their attention to detail truly made my trip special. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Malden. We reserved this 1 BR apartment for 3 weeks while relocating and getting our new place ready. The first few nights were almost sleepless because of a terribly loud central air(we measured it to be 65 decibels in the bedroom). It took 10 days to get it fixed to an acceptable noise level. The bed is also too small, not a queen size for sure. The apartment is also 20 min (based on Gooogle maps) away from the orange line, not 10 min. The area is not the nicest either, nothing much around, a time sketchy. It was an experience, but I wouldn't recommend it.
