Perfect Cape May spot! My family can’t say enough great things about the house. It was charming, clean and in the best location. We loved drinking our morning coffee listening to the ocean. There were four of us there for a girls weekend and we had plenty of room and appreciated the personal touches throughout the house. We’re already planning next year’s trip.

The cottage is charming and we had a great time even in the winter. The location was fantastic and close to everything. The gas firepit on the back patio was just great and convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed.. Just wish we had better weather but inspite of that we had a great time. Frank was very responsive and helpful. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays so it truly felt like home away from home. It was 9 of us (3 couples, 2 teenagers and and a senior) but still there was plenty of room. Just note that the 4th and 5th bedroom upstairs is more like a family suite with the bathroom attached to the junior suite with no lock in between. The bathroom upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs don't have locks either so plan accordingly.

We stayed at Frank’s in Cape May on Gurney St. for a Christmas getaway with our adult children and 2 year old grandson. Everyone of us had an amazing time. The place was perfect!! Great for the size of our group (8) and really could fit more. Perfect, perfect location!! Everything in walking distance. I had knee replacement 8 weeks ago and I could walk everywhere. We definitely will be reaching out again to rent from Frank!! Thank you Frank for everything.

Everything was done to perfection at this top-notch place! Everyone in our party raved about the decor, all the small details that were beautifully thought out and executed, and it was wonderful that we were so close to the beach and the town. The place was super clean, well stocked, and everything was very organized. The mattresses were wonderful to sleep on, and the furniture was solid and well built. Frank was easy to communicate with, and very responsive when we had a question. We all had a great time and are looking forward to doing this again next year!
