Our crew of 12 (plus three dogs) absolutely loved spending Labor Day at Ann’s place! The house was well-stocked with all the essentials, and everything was labeled and organized. Ann was very communicative and responsive and made sure we felt right at home. We definitely plan to come back for another stay at Ann’s!

The house and property make for a perfect space to gather friends/family for a fun Cape May stay. Ann was a great host and attentive communicator. Would recommend this to any large group visiting the area!

Ann's house is spacious and the location is exceptional--close walk to the beach and to shops. Our group of 18, with kids ranging from 2 to 13, had plenty of room to be together but not feel crowded. The house has all the amenities you need from grilling outside to gear for the beach. Ann was attentive and prompt with her communication.
