I loved working with SkyRun up until after our stay. The host cancelled our reservation that was booked months in advance just hours before check in and though they sent other arrangement options, the GM never contacted me after my stay although I requested to speak with them multiple times and was told multiple times they would reach out. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication once there was an issue with the stay. Despite working through SkyRun and Airbnb — I still was never contacted by SkyRun upper management regarding the issues with our stay. Breckenridge is beautiful and we’re thankful the trip didn’t fall through like it should have but really disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from SkyRun during my experience. I waited an entire month to write a review because I was hoping we would have things resolved.

The stay was amazing . Everything about this location is a plus . The only thing that took me by surprise is that the house states for about 10 people , I had 9 guest and even with that many people they still gave us a water limit . Water got shut off , I wasn’t too happy about that . Other than that place was amazing and the views were even more amazing

Loved our stay here! The views and hot tub were amazing. The hosts were super responsive and we got in a little earlier which was great because our baby was being fussy! Super easy to get to Main Street, and to the gondola parking lot. Road up there gets very icy when it snows, but that's expected. We didn't know we needed to bring our own propane so if your planning on using the grill just make sure you bring it! Beds were super comfy, and very clean!
