It was a wonderful experience for 7 of us staying at 107 Lighthouse Villa during the Holi weekend. This is about 15 km from Nashik Road Railway station and is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood & peaceful locality. It is relatively close to most of the popular tourist destinations in and around Nashik. The Villa is maintained very well. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The Caretaker doubles up as the Cook. He prepares good Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. He is very polite and well mannered. The Property Manager is helpful and always there over phone if you need anything. He circulated the “Home rules @ 107 Lighthouse” and the “Food Menu” on the previous day so that one is aware of everything before moving in. Last but not the least is the Owner Kavita. Her (remote) hospitality makes one feel at home. She is very helpful and always available over phone if you need anything. I highly recommend 107 Lighthouse Villa in Nashik to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing stay.

I stayed at this house with my big extended family during the new year. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is large, very spacious and every corner is well kept and beautifully decorated. There are various spaces in the house where we just sit through the day to relax and enjoy the calm! The house was clean at all times, fresh bed sheets and well dusted furniture. Housekeeping staff would visit regularly and this helped keep the rooms and bathrooms clean at all times. And of course the star of this house is the wonderful, warm cook, Keshav. We totally relished his tasty home cooked meals.

The manager's responsiveness and helpfulness were noteworthy, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Staying with my family here was a great decision, as every aspect exceeded our expectations.
