The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All rooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, attached bathrooms and lake/mountain views. - The room on the ground floor and one of the rooms on the first floor has an attached, furnished balcony. - 1 room has a queen-sized bed and 2 rooms have a king-sized bed. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a well-furnished living room on the ground floor, that offers sofa-style seating for up to 10 people. - It is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi access, wired music system. - There is a separate dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people. - The living room opens up to the sprawling 10,000 sq. ft. lawn, complete with a swing. - It offers seating arrangements for up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature a private swimming pool overlooking the unending expanses of greenery and the lake. - The pool is 4x8 metres in size and 6 ft. in depth. - Guests can enjoy their favourite drinks by the bar counter, near the pool.
