Kind of high price. Loved that the kitchen had coffee, fully stocked cooking supplies, and we appreciated the extra water bottles. The community water system has a sulphur smell. Nice beachy decor and comfy furniture. Just a few blocks from the ocean.

The water was undrinkable, bottled water was provided but the shower was awful. Fans were running when I arrived and there was a musty odor especially in the kitchen.

This house is lovely. A short distance to the beach and well stocked. Our family had a nice and needed relaxing time with lots of time at the beach. Westport is a short drive away with some great places to visit.

I expected better for the price. The smell was musty inside. If I was the manager I would have immediately gone to the property opened up the windows, cleaned the cobwebs, use lemon scented pinesol and cleaned everything down really spruce up the place before renting it out what we found was cobwebs in the dish cabinet when we try to pull out the dishes so we immediately had to put them in the dishwasher which ran for hours leaked all over the floor so that was the only time we ran the dishwasher and we had to wash everything by hand after that. There were spiders everywhere and cobwebs everywhere. There was a mouse still alive stuck in a glue trap which we had to remove ourselves. We had to wash all the linens before sleeping on them because on one bed there was a child's barrette in the bed so obviously that had not been washed there was a highway or busy street right behind the property so the car traffic was loud. I do not recommend. Clean it up please. I have photos.

Nice little place, a very well-kept snug little older house with lots tugboat-themed pictures and books. It's at the dead end of a very quiet little street, and about a 8 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute drive. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 by eachother on the main floor and one up a tight staircase (two beds in that one). And a nice fenced back yard, with some overwatch from the kitchen, maybe good for smaller kids. Kitchen is a nice size, great light, and workable. The tap water here has a distinct terroir! You may wish to bring a gallon of two of drinking water. Wifi was solid, AT&T cell phone connection is 1 bar. In general it is all very well maintained and comfortable. There is a little road noise here, you can hear the odd car late at night, probably true for nearly every beach house on this peninsula. We were there in winter, you might want to bring slippers for chilly floors but otherwise the house was toasty. Overall, a nice little base to enjoy the area.
