my second time stayed in Sitinggil. I love the place and their commitment on sustainability. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Sitinggil is surrounded by good local food and outdoor activities. Theres a nature spring water swimming pool and river tubing which just walk distance. We tried the tubing and it was great experience. Definitely will come back with friends or family.

Such an incredible experience! A beautiful immersive location in an extremely comfy bed and gorgeous surroundings. Incredible food and welcoming hospitality from Ibu Sarah who also took me on an incredible trek through the rice paddy’s and rivers. An absolute dream location, pictures cannot do it justice. A true immersive nature experience. Hope to be back. Thank you Ibu Sarah! Can also note as a solo female traveller I felt very safe here.

Fijn verblijf in een rustige boomhut. Sarah en haar man zijn onwijs vriendelijk en willen je met van alles helpen. Ze boden ons eten aan, brachten ons naar de bus en regelden een scooter om naar Mount Andong te gaan. Een erg fijn verblijf met prachtig uitzicht.

Staying in the treehouse was a lovely, unique experience. It was exactly the get away from the city that we were looking for. We’re very grateful to Sarah for hospitality and helping us get around Salatiga. My only note would be to people who have mobility issues - there a lot of stairs and uneven stones on the way to the treehouse. It’s a lovely route to get there and enhances the tree escape experience. Thanks Sarah!
