This place is 10/10. The views from the upstairs of Chalk Sound were the best on the island of all the beaches. We are out on the deck every night, just watching the color of the water change. The house is super quiet and private. While it is about a 20-25 minute to Grace Bay, most everything we needed was on Chalk Sound. Sopadilla Beach (7 min away) has great jet skis, boats for rent, bar and beach chairs. Taylor Beach (5 min) has a terrific sunset. Las Brias (7 min) was just fine for a few meals. Would recommend going to the IGA Gourmet in Grace Bay for groceries (like a Whole Foods-ish type of market w alcohol etc). If you want beauty and quiet, you can’t do much better in Turks than this house!

The property is well maintained and private. The view from the primary suite is stunning and such a joy to wake up to each morning. The fire pit area was a very fun place to gather in the evenings because the nights were a bit breezy and chilly. We also loved the very short distance to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beach. We would highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back.

I Loved this home! It has everything you need and more, I came in February so I did wish the pool was heated but I can’t wait to come back! I recommend renting a car, everybodyyyy in Turks is so nice!

5 out of 5 stars to Wesley and Tatum for being awesome hosts! We had a lovely stay at this villa. It was calm, relaxing, easy to find, and very quiet. The villa is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed (there is even an air fryer in the kitchen!). Wesley was awesome with communication prior to our arrival and responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We picked this location precisely because we wanted some seclusion. It was the perfect blend of being out of the thick of things without feeling completely cut off. It’s about 30 minutes from Grace Bay. Much closer by there is Taylor Bay (popular sunset watching location) and Sapodilla Bay. We loved our time at the villa and hope you do too!

Beautiful place. Views was amazing I could wake up there everyday I do recommend renting a vehicle run don’t walk to book this place
