This home was beautiful! The water that surrounds the home is a gorgeous blue that we never tired of. It is very roomy and comfortable and when we needed a larger pot to make spaghetti, staff delivered it the next day. Also, did the same when the coffee maker broke. We were given a tour upon arrival, explaining everything about the house. They left flowers and a few welcome gifts. We had an amazing vacation! Thanks!

We had an amazing week at Rockspray villa. The house was on the gorgeous blue waters just as pictured. It is very private from any other villas: We ended up spending most our time on the deck laying out and enjoying the gorgeous water views. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach were very close to the villa and we enjoyed these laid back less crowded beaches over Grace bay. We appreciated having a washer and dryer on site as well as the many other amenities. I would recommend this villa to anyone, we had the best week!

Ryan’s place was even better than described. The house is incredibly private, and comes very well-appointed with everything you could need to entertain the family. We cooked every meal, and were never lacking in kitchen equipment to get the job done. The closet full of games was a huge plus! I’d happily return to Ryan’s place, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, private TCI vacation.
