**Five-Star Mountain Getaway:** This Airbnb is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors, with super easy access to awesome trails for hiking or biking right down the road. The place itself is cozy and luxurious, with decorative touches which far exceed expectations for an air bnb stay. Jodee, the host, makes sure you've got everything you need and is incredibly accommodating. It’s super clean, comfy, and just what you need after a day in the mountains. Also quick and easy access to downtown fruita! I could not rave more about our experience!!

My gosh! What a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really, really enjoyed staying in Jo Dee’s lovely space. Loved walking down to see the cows and the space was very thoughtfully adorned. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much for hosting us!

She was a very wonderful person as well as very pleasant. She was very helpful. I would highly recommend her place. Very welcoming of our pets. If you ever get the chance to visit Pace Homestead I would absolutely recommend it. They have definitely earned the title of super host.
