This location in PEC was definitely among our top favourites. The only element that would have made it perfect was a pool; however, it's worth noting that Sandbanks Beach is just a 15-minute drive away. Moreover, being just a 5-minute drive from downtown Picton was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants there. It's important to remember to make reservations in advance for all the restaurants, as walk-in wait times can be quite lengthy. Jamie and the team were exceptional, providing attentive service and remarkable flexibility. We highly recommend staying here, and we're eagerly anticipating booking with Jamie again.

Jamie is a great host and has a very special home. The moment we walked in, we were in awe of the view. We found the place to be immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and spacious enough for the eight of us staying. The two living rooms gave us plenty of lounging areas for adults and our tweens to be together or enjoy our own space. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook several family meals. We also enjoyed grilling and dining on the deck a few times while watching the sunset over the water. The bedrooms were all spacious and beds/linens were comfortable. We appreciated the quiet A/C units in the upper bedrooms on warmer days. The location of the home was perfect for visiting our favourite local spots - Lake on the Mountain, Waupoos, Picton and Sandbanks Beach - all a short drive away. Overall, Jamie's place had everything we could have asked for and we would love to return one day.

We were a party of 6 and each person felt comfortable as soon as we stepped inside the premises. The house was very well maintained and when we contacted Jamie to inquire about and address an issue - a minor one - he responded immediately and sent over a very friendly, professional and competent crew member who resolved it without delay. The property itself is very well placed and within a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants and the LCBO! It affords a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the lake, framed by mature trees, from the terrace deck which became our favourite spot for breakfast and late evening supper. While located just off a main road, the house itself is on a knoll surrounded by mature trees and offers a salubrious setting. Thanks, Jamie for the use of your facilities and for being such a good host! Will definitely plan another visit and have already recommended it to our friends.
